These conditions regulates sales of perfumes or other products by www.shop.byredo.com to private individuals.?This website is destined exclusively to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned herafter concern only www.shop.byredo.com and are not related to any other conditions as for as those which are applied in stores. Byredo Parfums reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the www.shop.byredo.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. Byredo Parfums cannot warrant that the content of www.shop.byredo.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Byredo Parfums may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though Byredo Parfums strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. Our trade marks include (amongst others) the Byredo Parfums name and logo. These trade marks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trade marks.

All personal information saved at www.shop.byredo.com will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Byredo Parfums. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from Byredo Parfums. If you wish to end your subscription to information from Byredo Parfums, send an email to shop@byredo.com stating your email address and a short description of the matter. Byredo Parfums make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

Payment and Prices
We accept card payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. www.shop.byredo.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries. A complete list of countries we do not ship to can be found under the links Frequently Asked Questions or How to Shop.
Exchanges and Returns
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Byredo Parfums Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Byredo Parfums Online Store. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Byredo Parfums Online Store will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Byredo Parfums Online Store's instructions, which can be found under FAQ or How to Shop on the Byredo Parfums Online Store website. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
Violation of rules
Byredo Parfums reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, Byredo Parfums’ obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Byredo Parfums can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Byredo Parfums. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Byredo Parfums will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Governing Law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
