HOW TO SHOP
Finding a product
From the Products page, you can see all our fragrances. Click the fragrance you wish to look at. This will take you to the info page for the single product.
Ordering a product
To add products to your shopping bag, use the BUY THIS ITEM button. Your order will not be placed until you proceed to checkout for confirmation and payment. To proceed to checkout, click the link My Shopping Bag in the top right corner. Review your order and delivery information, then click Continue. Fill out your payment information and click Buy to confirm the order. A preliminary order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Registering and signing in
In order to shop at www.shop.byredo.com you must be registered and logged in. Registration is done under My Profile. If you are registered but have lost your login information, please use the Forgot your credentials? link on the My Account page and follow the instructions. Registration is free and easy to complete. When registering at our website, we will save the information necessary to process your orders. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy under Terms and Conditions for more information about how we will use your personal details.
Payments and prices
We accept card payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges.
Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. www.shop.byredo.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping
At the moment, our Online shop only ships to Europe and the United States.
If you wish to purchase our products from any other country, please email your order to shop@byredo.com
Once your order has been placed, it will usually be processed within two business days. Shipping takes approximately 5 business days depending on where in the world you are located.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that enables you to see the status of your shipment at http://www.posten.se/m/startpage
Exchanging or returning a product
If you should wish to return a product, first let us know by sending an email to shop@byredo.com within 14 days following the delivery of your order. If the product is faulty, please let us know what is wrong. Wait for a confirmation email from us and then ship the product back to:

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.
