Where are you located?
Byredo Parfums operates from the BYREDO Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.

How can I contact you?
You can reach us by email at shop@byredo.com or telephone +46 8 525 026 10, Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 17.00 (Central European Time). We do not have staff at the phone at all times, thus email is the most convenient way of communication.

What is the status of my order?
You can track you package at http://www.posten.se/m/startpage using the tracking number from your order confirmation email.

Do you ship to all countries?
At the moment, our Online shop only ships to Europe and the United States. If you wish to purchase our products from any other country, please email your order to shop@byredo.com

 

How much is shipping?
EU country: €15
The United States: $15 (Free shipping on orders over $300)

Do I have to pay extra duties and taxes?

Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the United States may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order, you can do this by sending an email to shop@byredo.com. Please state the order number found in your order confirmation and what items you wish to cancel. If the order has already been sent to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.

How do I return an item?
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, send an email to shop@byredo.com and let us know you wish to send back your product. If the product is faulty, please let us know what is wrong. Wait for a confirmation email from us and then ship the item back to:

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express.
